How ordering works

This store takes order requests rather than instant card payments. When you send a request we reserve the stock, then reply by email with the final total including shipping and a secure payment link. Nothing is charged until you approve that total.

Availability shown on each product is live. Items marked In stock are physically on our shelf; Low stock shows the exact number remaining; Out of stock items can't be added to a cart, but you can join the notify list on the product page. Pre-order and backorder items are reservations — we confirm the expected date before taking payment.

Shipping & returns

Shipping

Orders are packed within one business day of payment clearing. Shipping is quoted per order because bows, long rods and target butts are oversize items. We'll always give you the cost in writing before you pay.

Returns

• Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Cut, fletched or otherwise customised arrows are made to order and can't be returned unless faulty.
• Faulty items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty; contact us first and we'll handle the claim.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong thing.

Privacy policy

We collect only what's needed to fulfil your order: your name, email, phone, shipping address and any notes you send us. If you join a back-in-stock list we store your email address against that product and use it once, to tell you the item has landed.

We don't sell or rent your details to anyone. Ask us at any time to see what we hold about you or to delete it, and we'll do it.

Terms & conditions

Prices are shown in Indian rupees (₹) and may change without notice; the price confirmed in your order email is the price you pay. Stock counts are updated as orders come in, but in the rare case an item sells out between your request and our confirmation, we'll tell you straight away and offer a refund or an alternative.

Archery equipment must be used responsibly and in line with your national governing body's safety rules. Draw weight, draw length and equipment setup should be matched to the archer — ask us if you're unsure.
